Lauren Perchard-Rees
Lauren has been a health care professional for twenty years, undertaking a BSc and MSc in Radiotherapy & Oncology. Whilst most of her career has been focussed on the holistic care of people going through and recovering from a cancer diagnosis, in 2021 she completed a Diploma in Lifestyle Medicine to become a certified Lifestyle Medicine Healthcare Professional. Lauren's aim is to prevent some cancers in the next twenty years of her career!
Dr Jo Darwood
Jo has been a GP here in Jersey since 2006. She's passionate about Lifestyle Medicine and the ways in which it can help people take control of their health, enabling them to live happier, healthier, longer lives without so many medications.
Dr Chris Edmond
Chris runs an Occupational Health Clinic here in Jersey whilst also working in the Cardiology Department of the hospital. In his "spare time" he is a director at Jersey Sport and Jersey Recovery College. He is passionate about building communities and connections to improve health.
Helen Osmont
Our treasurer, Helen is Jersey born, but now lives in Luxembourg. She has been a qualified accountant since 2004. Lifestyle medicine has been there to help her mum and she is very enthusiastic about what we have to offer.
